TL;DR
QA Lead (Infrastructure Observability): Building and shaping quality assurance efforts across the Observability line of business with an accent on defining quality strategy and performing exploratory testing. Focus on analyzing testing strategies, coordinating product release fitness, and standardizing quality across the organization.
Location: Remote (Global, excluding Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions)

What you will do
- Perform exploratory testing against recent builds and provide feedback to product teams.
- Analyze testing strategies and recommend specific improvements.
- Coordinate with release management and product teams to determine product fitness prior to release.
- Participate in coordination efforts with other quality assurance teams to standardize quality strategy.
Requirements
- Experience using Observability tools in production or supporting teams who do.
- Above-average writing skills in English and attention to detail.
- Possess creativity and rigorous thinking to create and execute test scenarios.
- Must not be located in or a national of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, the Donetsk People’s Republic, or the Luhansk People’s Republic due to export controls.

- Experience with the stack.
- Practical experience with production systems over software testing experience.
