What you will do

• Design and own the overall test strategy for web products, defining quality criteria and acceptance standards.
• Lead and mentor a QA team, supporting their growth in both manual and automation testing.
• Perform hands-on testing of the Web Portal, marketing activities, and core features.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for API and Web applications using Python.
• Participate in product planning, refinement, and release processes, improving QA workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in commercial projects.
• Experience in testing web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within QA teams.
• Automation testing experience using Python or any other language for web/API.
• Experience in designing and maintaining test strategies and test documentation.
• Understanding of QA processes in Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience testing marketing websites or landing pages.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and UX/UI designers.
• Background in the game industry or large-scale web platforms.
