- Establish QA processes, standards, and checklists, including regression testing and automation in the release pipeline.
- Lead a QA team: training, task distribution, and professional growth.
- Oversee bug tracking and release quality, collaborating with producers and developers on priorities and risks.
- Implement QA automation and metrics.
- Reduce the number of critical bugs reaching production.
