What you will do

• Develop and implement architectural strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee architectural integrity globally, evaluating and selecting appropriate technology solutions.
• Drive cost optimization, reduce technical debt, and ensure alignment with the optimum Product Model.
• Establish and present key performance indicators, providing reporting and insights on opportunities and risks.
• Promote interoperability, standardization, simplification, and ensure security.
• Encourage controlled innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise, Domain, and Solution Architecture roles, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of working in a B2B environment providing services and technology products.
• Proficiency in architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools such as TOGAF or ArchiMate.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, lead, mentor, and upskill global teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and controls including SOC, EU DORA, ITIL, NIST, and COBIT.
