Location: Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10. New office in Manila, Philippines. Relocation support for eligible candidates to Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

• Own the Payments & Finance stream, including scope, priorities, outcomes, roadmap shaping, and prioritization.
• Analyze and re-engineer existing payments operations and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Elicit, structure, and validate business, user, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain key artifacts such as functional specifications, data mappings, and integration descriptions.
• Support UAT and go-live, including demos, training, defect triage, and continuous improvement.
• Define key metrics for critical controls and exceptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years as TPM, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst in banking or fintech, preferably in payments operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payment lifecycles and operational controls.
• Experience with disputes and chargebacks domain processes.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex workflows and systems, including process modeling (BPMN) and BRD/FRD documentation.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong English communication skills.
