What you will do

• Drive execution for major cross-functional programs, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Understand the scope, requirements, and risks of new and existing programs, diving deep into technical and operational details.
• Cultivate strong relationships with R&D, Product, and Engineering stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Adapt plans and processes quickly and iterate in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Leverage technical fluency to guide teams, establish best practices, and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management with a proven record of managing and delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Deep background in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and strong technical fluency.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic frameworks and standardize processes for high-impact delivery.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with a strategic mindset, proven ability to drive multiple programs to successful completion.
• Comfortable using AI and eager to continue learning how to leverage its power and explore its potential.
