TL;DR

Chief Operating Officer (Casino): Driving overall operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability of the Casino business with an accent on consolidating core operational teams and leading key transformation initiatives. Focus on ensuring casino products and content are delivered, launched, and operated in a controlled, efficient, and scalable manner.

Location: Hybrid, based in Sliema, Malta or Bucharest, Romania. Up to 50 days of work from home per year are available after the first three months of employment.

What you will do

  • Oversee the Casino operating model, ensuring stability, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, SLAs, and service standards.
  • Embed regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements across all operational processes.
  • Maintain end-to-end accountability for support operations across all casino products, including efficient incident and escalation management.
  • Lead configuration, enablement, and operational readiness of all Casino products, driving transformational initiatives to redesign workflows.
  • Develop and scale Vendor Operations, managing all operational interactions with vendors including intake, validation of new game data, and change management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in casino/gaming operations or related industries, with a proven track record of operational leadership.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks.
  • Experience driving operational transformation, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
