We are Qatar Insurance Company (#QIC), the leading insurance provider in GCC.
We’re looking for a Communications Integration Engineer for a full-time, 6-month contract to design, implement, and support our client communications ecosystem, integrating multiple channels — telephony + CRM, call center + helpdesk, VoIP + messengers, APIs, webhooks.
Ideal candidate has:
—Strong technical background in VoIP (SIP, RTP), APIs (REST, Webhooks), networking, and databases
—Proven integration experienceacross multiple systems using APIs and middleware
—Hands-on CRM experience with Creatio or BPMsoft
—CPaaS expertise (Infobip, Webitel, MoEngage, Asterisk or similar)
—End-to-end project delivery skills, including planning, implementation, and budgeting
Responsibilities:
—Audit existing communication channels and define target architecture
—Implement end-to-end communication solutions
—Integrate communication platforms with business systems
—Monitor communication quality (QoS) and delivery analytics (messages, email)
—Optimize telecom service costs
—Scale infrastructure to support business growth
—Select, test, and manage providers (VoIP, WhatsApp API, SMS, Email)
—Deploy and support solutions (on-premise or cloud, Qatar-compliant)
— Ensure data security and regulatory compliance
What QIC offers
• Salary $4000-$4500 / month
• 6-months service agreement contract with QIC
• Fully remote set up, GMT +3 timezone
