Principal Technical Program Manager (SaaS): Accelerating growth of the QuickBooks Live Platform by driving clarity among chaos and uniting cross-functional teams to operate with velocity, focusing on delivering an expert AI Platform. Focus on driving complex, cross-organizational initiatives with Senior Leadership and strategic partnerships.

Location: Must be located in Mountain View, California

Salary: $230,000 - $311,000

What you will do

Provide strong strategic partnership with QB Live Senior Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage a large portfolio of high-priority deliverables independently.
Identify and manage dependencies across the portfolio.
Effectively manage risks, issues, and escalations and drive them through to closure.
Drive the creation of Portfolio roadmaps and execution plans.
Strategize and collaborate with core stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 15 or more years leading multiple complex software-as-a-service (SaaS) development projects.
Excellent influencing skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences.
Good understanding of SaaS technologies and Kanban, Agile, and Scrum development methodologies.
Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience with large horizontal programs in close partnership with executive leadership.
