What you will do
- Lead complex, high-priority programs by building trusted relationships with senior leaders and managing product delivery roadmaps.
- Define and promote best practices in program management and coach teams through organizational change.
- Enhance collaboration and stakeholder engagement through transparent communication and addressing concerns.
- Streamline processes and improve workflows by analyzing bottlenecks and implementing system-wide improvements.
- Ensure exceptional business outcomes by leveraging deep knowledge of product and software development lifecycles.
- Craft impactful communication materials tailored to diverse audiences, translating complex concepts into clear insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing large, cross-discipline, mission-critical programs in highly technical environments.
- Proven ability to influence leadership decisions, drive complex initiatives, and execute structured plans.
- Comfort working in ambiguous scenarios and bringing order without overburdening teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming).
- Strong leadership communication and senior stakeholder management skills, including storytelling and presentation.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.
