TL;DR
Freelance TD/Director: Overseeing strategic planning, development, and execution of broadcasting live sporting events and managing the Production Control Room with an accent on TD and directing live sports productions. Focus on setting up and testing switchers and preparing content with producers for broadcasts.
Location: Onsite in Miami, FL

What you will do
- TD and/or direct live sports productions.
- Conduct camera meetings for live sports productions and delegate specific camera roles.
- Setup and test multiple switchers in advance of live productions.
- Work with producers to prepare content for broadcasts.
- Multitask and manage multiple productions from a pre-production standpoint simultaneously.
- Coordinate with internal staff and clients on sponsored elements and approvals.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a live broadcast environment.
- Proficient in all switchers, specifically Ross Carbonite.
- Working knowledge in Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
- Willing and able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
- An avid sports fan, specifically soccer.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
