Location: Primarily onsite in Yerevan, Armenia with a hybrid work schedule available after three months (up to 50 days work from home per year).

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Managed Services team, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient service delivery.
• Own service performance metrics including SLA, CSAT, NPS, retention, and upsell.
• Design and improve service processes, onboarding, and account management frameworks.
• Define and execute the company’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, go-to-market initiatives, and lead demand generation campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations on growth initiatives and translate customer insights into improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Managed Services, Customer Success, Marketing, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record in service delivery management and marketing strategy execution.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience driving revenue and retention.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B / SaaS / IT services environments.
