Chief of Staff (AI/Fintech): Partnering with the founder to create and execute GTM and Product strategy for an AI-powered financial close platform with an accent on translating vision into actionable plans, driving market expansion, and optimizing operational processes. Focus on breaking down complex problems, unblocking critical work across functions, and ensuring high-impact strategic bets.

Location: This role is based out of our London office 🇬🇧, with a chance to travel to our HQ in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Act as a true extension of the founder, owning critical initiatives across strategy, GTM, and product execution.
• Help translate vision into priorities, clear tradeoffs, and executable plans for hirify.global.
• Break down complex problems into structured frameworks and drive projects end-to-end, from market expansion to GTM execution.
• Build lightweight systems and processes that improve speed, clarity, and accountability across the company.
• Operate seamlessly across Product, GTM, and Engineering, identifying and unblocking critical work fast.
• Strengthen leadership team effectiveness through improved cadence and communication.

Requirements

• Founder-level ownership and builder mentality, motivated by large swings, long-term impact, and building something generational in an early-stage environment.
• Exceptional strategic judgment, highly analytical, and data-obsessed, with a background likely in consulting, investing, banking, strategy, or elite operating roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence, comfortable engaging with investors, board members, customers, and senior leaders.
• Must be based out of our London office, UK.
