Focus on designing innovative, performance-driven contracts, meticulously tracking spend, and ensuring flawless campaign execution.

Location: Hybrid role based three days per week in our London HQ.

What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, from identifying creators to flawless execution.
  • Build and manage a scalable network of diverse influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Own the channel P&L, managing a seven-figure annual budget and optimizing for CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Design and negotiate innovative, performance-driven contracts with creators.
  • Implement and manage influencer marketing platforms to champion rigorous measurement and ROI tracking.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring authenticity, brand alignment, performance, and compliance.
  • Integrate and amplify top-performing influencer content with paid social and brand teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct experience in influencer marketing, scaling programs for high-growth DTC or tech brands.
  • Commercially astute and data-driven, with a deep understanding of performance metrics and targets.
  • Strong negotiator and relationship builder, confident in managing contracts and talent.
  • Expert user of at least one major influencer marketing platform (e.g., Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ) and proficient with Google Analytics.
  • Deeply immersed in the creator economy, with a finger on the pulse of platform trends and talent.
  • Meticulously organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator and creative thinker.
  • Must work from London HQ three days per week.
