What you will do

• Transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Formulate well-defined data requirements for engineering teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to assess fraud control efficacy and customer impact.
• Provide fraud policy teams with a comprehensive understanding of the ecosystem.
• Perform in-depth exploration and analysis of internal and external data sources.
• Identify developing patterns of fraudulent activities across hirify.global's product range.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience analyzing complex datasets and providing business recommendations.
• 4+ years of experience building dashboards and data visualization.
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, payments, or financial services.
• Extensive SQL experience in your current role.
• Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction.
• Able to express thoughts and ideas in a fluent and concise manner.

Nice to have

• Background in fraud prevention or ATO domain expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience building ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Tableau/QlikView and/or other data visualization software.
• Experience with Github / Splunk / Python.
