What you will do

• Support Mobile Messaging deliverability efforts by managing questions around delivery performance and escalating complex cases.
• Work with Mobile Messaging vendors and carriers to investigate delivery issues and support the resolution of carrier-specific challenges.
• Assist with sender registration processes and review messaging programs for compliance.
• Track key performance indicators related to SMS deliverability and throughput, and help document trends.
• Provide guidance on Mobile Message content and sending patterns to optimize deliverability and reduce filtering.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Mobile Messaging delivery and message routing.
• Strong understanding of mobile message sender type registering and setup.
• Familiarity with global compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Ability to interpret key mobile performance metrics to diagnose issues.
• Skilled in providing actionable recommendations and documentation.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
