Location: Hybrid work format. Must be located in Colombia, Mexico, or the Northamerica Region.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation or migration of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, ensuring SAP Best Practice adoption.
• Drive standardization of chart of accounts, controlling structures, and financial master data across source systems.
• Coordinate Finance functional and cross-functional technical teams to ensure data replication and reporting accuracy.
• Act as a key interface with global Finance leadership, CFO organization, and local finance teams.
• Manage multi-system and multi-ledger environments, ensuring consistency between Central Finance and source ERPs.
• Maintain delivery momentum and financial data integrity within tight deadlines and high governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Central Finance.
• Proven track record with at least 2 full-lifecycle central finance implementations.
• Deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Financial Close.
• Strong understanding of Finance integrations, data replication, and system interoperability (SLT, BTP, CPI).
• English: C1-C2 required, Spanish: Native.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial and project delivery management.
• Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones.
