What you will do
- Manage all IT hardware and software assets, including procurement, tracking, and inventory.
- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot office machines, workstations, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to all office staff and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-studio teams to establish technical infrastructure and backup solutions.
- Manage build hardware infrastructure and optimize build processes for game development.
- Administer and maintain Perforce version control and support Unreal Engine development workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.
- Experience with network administration (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN).
- Proficiency with Perforce version control system.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine development workflows and requirements.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions and hardware procurement.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in game development or the entertainment industry.
- Experience with build automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance.
