What you will do

• Join the People Analytics team as a Data Scientist-Senior Consultant.
• Understand and break down complex business problems to define analytical solutions.
• Implement solutions using advanced analytical methods.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and contribute individually to deliver analytical solutions.
• Coordinate across teams and effectively explain solutions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, statistical, and programming skills.
• Proficient in applied statistics (distributions, testing, regression) and generative AI techniques.
• Deep knowledge and experience in advanced machine learning algorithms (Artificial Neural Networks, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests).
• Good working knowledge of machine learning packages like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow.
• Experience in model training and deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong data manipulation skills using SQL, PLSQL, Pyspark, Python, and R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of people/HR data & systems.
• Experience in Text analytics like NLP.
