What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in project execution and professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions for drug discovery, clinical development, and commercialization.
• Apply machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI to analyze datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own project management and provide guidance to project teams.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in data science with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data manipulation using Python.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with generative AI development and associated techniques (GANs, VAEs, RL).
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and mentoring data scientists.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. preferred in a quantitative field.
• Experience in development and deployment of large-scale products/solutions.
• Client management experience.
