What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy initial analytics models focused on private companies and sustainable finance using Python and SQL.
• Apply LLM and Azure cloud services to enhance analytical capabilities and model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Extract, clean, and analyze private market data, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Present analytical findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical collaborators.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science processes and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with 3+ years in finance or insurance sector.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and familiarity with ML/LLM tools.
• Strong experience with machine learning in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit Learn, Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets, private equity, venture capital, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and model deployment standard processes.
• MSc or PhD or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• French language skills are a strong plus.
