What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services with NestJS and TypeScript, building REST APIs and working with databases/ORMs.
• Support frontend development with React and collaborate on UI integrations.
• Implement advanced NestJS constructs including Guards, Interceptors, Pipes, Providers, and Custom Decorators.
• Improve backend performance through profiling, caching, and bottleneck analysis.
• Work with microservices, asynchronous workflows, message queues, and third-party integrations.
• Contribute to architecture improvements and internal AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Backend or Full-Stack development (with a strong backend focus).
• Strong proficiency in NestJS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• In-depth knowledge of NestJS advanced modules (Guards, Interceptors, Pipes, Custom Decorators).
• Proficiency with Git (Gitflow model) and collaborative coding practices.
• Understanding of application architecture principles and modular design.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.
• Candidate Location: Poland.
• Working Time Zone: EU.

Nice to have

• Experience with ReactJS.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS).
