What you will do
- Assist fans with questions via chat, email, and phone with enthusiasm.
- Fix sellers' mistakes and find ways to avoid them in the future.
- Achieve goals regarding customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Use Intercom to manage conversations and keep communication smooth.
- Spot recurring issues and share insights with the wider CX team.
- Support during peak moments or holidays.
Requirements
- Native Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).
- Some experience working in an office or professional environment, ideally in customer support.
- Comfortable talking to customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Calm, clear, and friendly communicator, even in stressful situations.
- Available full-time (40 hours) and based in or near Amsterdam.
- You are stress-resistant and embrace changes.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Intercom or similar support software.
- Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture.
