What you will do

• Support the Support & Success team in managing customer relationships.
• Handle customer questions and issues related to electric vehicle charging, including platform usage and operational challenges.
• Assist in resolving customer issues across multiple European markets.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams for efficient issue resolution.
• Support Private Label and larger customers after onboarding and help monitor customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving long-term customer relationships and partnerships.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor program (or similar) focused on commercial studies or related fields.
• Relevant coursework or project experience demonstrating familiarity with client engagement.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with strong communication skills.
• Must be happy to work on-site in Amsterdam.
• Must be enrolled for the full duration of the internship.
