What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and tools using Python.
- Develop data pipelines for ML/AI models, including feature engineering and preprocessing.
- Collaborate with data scientists on deploying ML/AI models into production.
- Integrate with banking systems, payment platforms, and financial messaging.
- Build secure, high-performance APIs and microservices.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security, and data governance standards.
Requirements
- Strong Python proficiency (Flask, FastAPI, Django or similar).
- Solid experience in banking or financial services (payments, transaction flows, AML/FCP use cases).
- Understanding of Swift MT/MX, SEPA, ISO20022, or financial messaging frameworks.
- Experience with ML/AI pipelines, model serving, and MLOps concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and test automation.
- English: B2 required
Nice to have
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with data governance, model risk management, or AI compliance.
- Background in event-driven architectures or streaming platforms.
