What you will do

  • Define product positioning and messaging that communicates customer value and supports commercial growth.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives in Europe, including product launches and ongoing marketing programmes.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as sales kits, landing pages, web content, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, personas, and the competitive landscape.
  • Gather, structure, and share customer feedback and translate insights into input for product and domain teams.
  • Own content and channel strategy across digital channels, social media, email campaigns, and events.
  • Define KPIs and measure performance using HubSpot and analytics tools, optimising initiatives based on data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with, or strong interest in, European energy markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to translate complex analytics and technical topics into clear, value-driven messaging.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a practical and collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable working with data, analytics, and performance measurement.
