What you will do
- Define product positioning and messaging that communicates customer value and supports commercial growth.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives in Europe, including product launches and ongoing marketing programmes.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as sales kits, landing pages, web content, and presentations.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, personas, and the competitive landscape.
- Gather, structure, and share customer feedback and translate insights into input for product and domain teams.
- Own content and channel strategy across digital channels, social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Define KPIs and measure performance using HubSpot and analytics tools, optimising initiatives based on data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with, or strong interest in, European energy markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to translate complex analytics and technical topics into clear, value-driven messaging.
- Strategic mindset combined with a practical and collaborative approach.
- Comfortable working with data, analytics, and performance measurement.
