What you will do
- Lead brand and marketing strategy across publications and segments, owning positioning, messaging, and creative direction.
- Build modern marketing operations to strengthen brand perception and drive engagement, traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Oversee brand platforms, visual identities, creative assets, and multi-channel campaigns including paid, social, content, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Digital Sales, Editorial, Product & Tech, and other teams for consistent brand expression and subscription goals.
- Manage budgets, agencies, performance evaluation, and team priorities.
Requirements
- 6+ years in brand strategy, marketing leadership, communications, or creative direction.
- Proven experience building and executing brand platforms and integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience behavior, channel strategy, and communication effectiveness.
- Experience partnering with commercial teams for business-aligned outcomes.
- Leadership experience with excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Fluent in English; Nordic language proficiency advantageous.
