What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17+.
• Design, build, and maintain API-driven services.
• Apply modern frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and security across the application landscape.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, Cucumber, and TestContainers.
• Work with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure).

Requirements

• Highly motivated and hands-on Java Developer passionate about clean code, testing, and collaboration.
• Experience building high-quality, scalable backend solutions in a modern cloud environment.
• Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining API-driven services.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools like JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, Cucumber, and TestContainers.
• Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure).
• Must be able to work in Amsterdam, North Holland in a hybrid working model (36 hours/week).
