What you will do

• Set and develop metrics to support business decisions and needs with stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic consultant, driving direct business value with analytics.
• Architect and build relevant data pipelines and data models.
• Host regular data-focused presentations and syncs covering stakeholder areas.
• Create and maintain reports, visualizations, and dashboards for business metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing downstream data environments (pipelines, models).
• Experience running a client analytics portfolio, including business reviews.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Proficient in data visualizations (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
