What you will do

• Analyze subscription performance and economics to improve the health of the subscription business.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for subscribers, cash, and revenue.
• Establish and refine KPIs that measure the health of the subscription business.
• Create and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools for business partners.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Shape weekly and monthly business reviews with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a product analytics, data analytics, or related role supporting subscription-based businesses.
• Ability to conduct exploratory data analyses and synthesize complex datasets and ambiguous questions into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; experience with data transformation and modeling (e.g., dbt) is a plus.
• Extensive experience with a BI tool such as Omni, Looker, or Lightdash.
• Ability to perform statistical analyses and create visualizations using R or Python; experience with forecasting, cohort analysis, or financial modeling is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
