We are looking for an HR People Partner who will take on the task of building key processes and become an integrator of HR practices into teams.
👾 What you will be doing:
Manage the team evaluation process: launch performance reviews, conduct regular assessments and pulse surveys. Collect feedback, formulate recommendations, and maintain a transparent evaluation system.
Strengthen motivation and internal communication: generate ideas for events, enhance team dynamics, and assist in organizing engaging internal activities.
Work with numbers and insights: analyze HR metrics and propose solutions that genuinely improve processes and atmosphere.
Participate in HR projects: be a driver for the implementation of best practices and strengthen current initiatives. contact:
