What you will do

• Own successful and timely delivery of roadmap for multiple agile squads.
• Oversee software architectural and design decisions, ensuring scalability and security.
• Directly manage, coach, and support the career growth of engineers.
• Champion technical excellence, pragmatism, and ownership within teams.
• Lead the implementation of DevOps and Agile best practices.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between squads, Product Managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience directly managing multiple software engineering teams in an an agile environment.
• Engineering background with expertise in modern software architecture (e.g., microservices), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps.
• Deep, practical understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated passion for developing people, with concrete examples of how you have grown engineers.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French is a significant plus.
