What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of services for customer acquisition and revenue operations.
• Define and evolve system architecture for high-throughput, fault-tolerant metering and billing pipelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, RevOps, Sales) to translate business needs into scalable systems.
• Design and scale primitives for multi-cloud connectivity (Cloud Nexus) ensuring isolation and predictable performance.
• Build and operate distributed data systems with strong correctness guarantees, including monitoring and alerting.
• Set quality standards through code reviews, design reviews, and operational readiness, mentoring engineers to improve practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering production-grade backend systems, ideally in cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in Go or another systems/backend language, with ability to navigate large codebases.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating distributed systems (concurrency, reliability, scaling, consistency, failure handling).
• Practical understanding of data pipelines and storage systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redshift, Kinesis, S3).
• Experience with production operations, including observability, incident response, performance tuning, and continuous delivery.
• Ability to work effectively across functions (Finance, RevOps, Sales, Support) and translate ambiguous requirements into technical plans.
