What you will do

• Design, build, and scale backend infrastructure for processing large-scale, real-time time-series network traffic.
• Build and maintain AI algorithms to analyze time-series network data for API discovery and metrics.
• Take ownership of the engineering roadmap for the backend infrastructure of hirify.global Insights, setting technical direction.
• Collaborate with documentation and marketing teams to explain infrastructure capabilities.
• Partner with the broader team on design and architecture decisions for hirify.global Insights.
• Support the engineering manager in team growth, technical planning, onboarding, and hiring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping production-grade software.
• Experience scaling large-scale software systems.
• Proven ability to work independently, with at least two significant projects as a primary contributor or team lead.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
