What you will do

  • Lead software development projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project and delivery management within software development.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing international projects across multiple geographies.
