What you will do

• Own the design, implementation, and evolution of backend components within the CLM Core platform.
• Contribute to system architecture by proposing and refining designs for scalability, extensibility, reliability, and maintainability.
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested, and documented code meeting performance, security, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other engineers to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted design and development tools to improve speed, code quality, and maintainability.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and act as a reliable technical partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• 7+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience contributing to the design and evolution of complex software platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
