Project Manager (Operational Management): Ensuring the deployment of ODD implementation projects in the Merchant Services entities of hirify.global with an accent on strategic initiatives related to the remediation of Ongoing Due Diligence backlogs. Focus on managing project risks, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team coordination to improve ODD processes.

Location: Hybrid, Poland - Warsaw

What you will do

• Connect the dots between project substreams to create an end-to-end ODD journey.
• Ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives related to the remediation of ODD backlogs.
• Refine relevant KPI’s and milestones of the project and set up recurring reporting.
• Identify and manage the risks linked to the project.
• Facilitate coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the preparation of executive-level reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program or project management within regulated environments, preferably in financial services or compliance.
• Highly organized and structured.
• Track record of successfully managing projects.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance processes, and automation initiatives is a plus.
