What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers by understanding their procurement strategies, processes, and challenges.
• Design and deliver value-driven demonstrations using customer-specific scenarios.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to support new opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
• Build compelling, data-backed business cases that align Pactum’s capabilities with customer priorities.
• Engage and influence senior leaders by reframing problems and presenting new solution paths.
• Contribute customer insights to help shape Pactum’s product direction, solution positioning, and go-to-market approach.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, or solution consulting.
• First-hand procurement domain expertise from large enterprises, procurement software, or procurement-focused consulting.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and present confidently to senior executives.
• Familiarity with procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Ivalua.
• A startup-ready mindset that is resourceful and fast-moving.
