Salary: $240,000–$360,000 USD, plus equity

What you will do

• Define and deliver a unique vision for value in the Civic & Government vertical.
• Lead an entrepreneurial team focused on technology, go-to-market, policy, and operations for business outcomes and civic impact.
• Attract and recruit high-caliber talent while maintaining a nimble team.
• Stay abreast of new AI technologies and apply them effectively.
• Source and make high-conviction, opportunistic bets in the Civic & Government space.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to ensure product quality and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within and/or adjacent to the U.S. federal government.
• Knowledge of agency structure, procurement, compliance, and cybersecurity programs (e.g., FedRAMP, IL categorizations).
• Strong understanding and empathy for government agencies' challenges in onboarding emerging technologies.
• Unparalleled grit, self-motivation, and ability to operate with high autonomy and expectations.
• Strong network in relevant communities and ability to foster new relationships.
• AI evangelist who uses frontier AI tools creatively.
• Strong communication skills and impeccable executive presence.
• Technical expertise relevant to hirify.global (rigorous AI or technology backgrounds are welcome).
• Top Secret clearance welcome but not required.
