Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, brand, and community channels.
- Define and refine the company’s positioning in the Web3 and digital asset ecosystem.
- Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, industry platforms).
- Manage social media presence and community engagement (LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord).
- Work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- Marketing experience in crypto or blockchain (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Web3 communities, digital assets, and tech ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build marketing systems and campaigns from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset, able to work with limited structure.
- Fluent English; other European languages a plus; Russian is a strong asset.
- Must have the right to work in Luxembourg.
