What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy and user experience direction.
• Design high-quality UX/UI flows, prototypes, and production-ready assets in Figma.
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure design intent carries through to implementation.
• Lead brand and visual identity development across product and external touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback synthesis.
• Support roadmap and planning discussions from a design perspective.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related roles.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and responsive design.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to ship quickly and thoughtfully.
• Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments.

• Experience designing for crypto-native or developer audiences.
• Experience leading brand creation or rebranding initiatives.
• Close collaboration experience with product and engineering leadership.
