What you will do

• Deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Developing and implementing the product strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Analyzing industry trends and competitors to ensure the product remains competitive in the iGaming sector.
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams.
• Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact.
• Ensuring proper localization of the product, including content, UX/UI, payment methods, deposit and withdrawal limits, mobile apps, game play, bonuses, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/ Gambling industry.
• Knowledge of the English language B2 level and fluent knowledge of the Russian language.
• Data analytics skills.
• Market and competitive analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
