What you will do

• Design and implement modular backend services using NestJS and cloud-native services (Cloud Run or AWS Lambda).
• Ingest and process blockchain data using tools like viem.sh, The Graph, and ethers/web3 libraries.
• Maintain technical documentation, collaborate with frontend, protocol, and product teams, and provide technical walkthroughs.
• Monitor and debug production issues, implementing logging, alerting, and dashboarding tools.
• Define and monitor SLAs for backend services.

Requirements

• Proven backend development experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred).
• Demonstrable experience working on DeFi protocols or blockchain infrastructure on EVM-compatible networks.
• Experience designing schemas and working with ORMs (e.g., Prisma).
• Comfortable reading and understanding Solidity smart contracts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and tools like Terraform, GCP, Docker.
• Understanding of event-driven systems and microservices.
• Familiarity with subgraph indexing tools such as The Graph.

• Basic experience writing Solidity contracts.
• Background in financial or regulated industries.
