What you will do

• Build and enhance MetaMask's network support for both EVM and non-EVM chains.
• Implement user-centric solutions across MetaMask Clients (Extension, Mobile, Web).
• Contribute to backend APIs and middleware that power MetaMask’s network experiences.
• Help create intuitive, efficient, and secure Web3 interactions for users.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain high code quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years working with mobile-based technologies and building websites/applications.
• Experience with React and React Native.
• Strong knowledge of modern Javascript (ES6/TypeScript).
• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and Web3 integration.
• Working knowledge of cross-platform/browser compatibility.
• Experience working with APIs and middleware services.
• Experience developing applications with clean code practices, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Good verbal and written communication in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with in-app marketing and engagement strategies.
• Experience with DeFi protocols, token swaps, or fiat on/off ramps.
• Basic understanding of cryptography principles.
• Previous experience working in Web3 or familiarity with the Web3 wallet ecosystem.
