What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines and models that power finance reporting using dbt and Dagster.
• Design and automate financial reporting workflows, replacing manual processes for accounting, FP&A, and capital markets.
• Collaborate across finance and engineering to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive data reconciliation efforts between internal systems, external vendors, and the general ledger.
• Develop and maintain key financial metrics and dashboards for ongoing visibility into product and business performance.
• Support capital markets efforts by building reliable processes for loan tape generation and lender reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience (4 years preferred) in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, Dagster | Airflow, Metabase, and Amplitude.
• Track record of building automated reporting solutions that reduce manual work and improve data accessibility.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.
• English: B2 required.
