What you will do

• Procure, maintain, and administer IT hardware (computers, networking equipment) and office technology.
• Manage and optimize corporate software systems, including automations and integrations.
• Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure.
• Deploy and enforce robust security policies and procedures, managing user accounts and permissions.
• Provide prompt, effective technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Lead IT projects focused on endpoint management, security enhancements, and infrastructure improvements, leveraging automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Okta, macOS & GSuite environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, endpoint protection, compliance, and encryption.
• Proven track record in managing IT projects independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scripting (Bash, Python), especially for endpoint management.
• Experience with international IT regulations and compliance.
