Location: Hybrid: St. Louis (US) or Sydney (AU)

Salary: $75,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Become technically proficient in the hirify.global platform and support 24x7x365 service operations.
• Develop standard operating procedures and leverage AI/automation for efficient data analysis and incident triage.
• Monitor, identify, and analyze key events and data points across in-scope environments using the customer’s hirify.global deployment.
• Prepare and present reports to customers, highlighting key observations and suggested remediation activities.
• Assist with incident response efforts and provide customer escalation assistance as needed.
• Partner with Customer Success Engineering (CSE) team and support customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with direct operational experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC), MSSP environments, or running vulnerability management/data protection programs.
• Experience identifying, triaging, and resolving cyber incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting incidents, creating reports, and collaborating with team members.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate analysis and documentation.
• Proficiency in analyzing and actioning various types of security logs and/or events (vulnerability management, DLP, EDR, SIEM, etc.).
• Language Proficiency: Spanish and Portuguese.

• Basic scripting skills in languages like Python or PowerShell.
