What you will do

• Build and run delivery pipelines from intake to review.
• Establish core rituals like planning, status reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a single source of truth for projects with owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers, driving decisions.
• Coordinate marketing and UA experimentation end-to-end.
• Produce concise stakeholder communication and standardize templates.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years as Project/Program/Delivery Manager in a product company (Web/Mobile).
• Strong cross-functional coordination (product, development, analytics, UA/marketing, creatives).
• Practical Agile/Kanban/Scrum experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Strong written communication skills.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating UA and marketing experimentation programs.
• Experience in ad-tech / growth environments with frequent iterations.
• Experience working with analytics and data engineering teams.
