TL;DR

Technical Implementation Project Manager (Project Management): Leading complex SaaS implementations for enterprise clients with an accent on technical solution design, API integrations, and SSO configurations. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and driving continuous improvement across implementation practices.

Location: If residing within commutable distance to our Sydney or Newcastle office, a hybrid schedule would be requested, (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS implementations for enterprise and global customers.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert across integrations, configuration, and platform capabilities (SSO, APIs, data flows, analytics).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with hirify.global best practices.
• Own project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and IT to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or implementation delivery within a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience leading enterprise or global client implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS delivery models and client lifecycle.
• Experience working with supply chain, compliance, or risk platforms.
• Knowledge of API integrations, SSO (SAML/OAuth), and data exchange frameworks.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services organization.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
