Project Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Event, Marketing, Design, Legal, and Finance departments.
• Document and maintain internal guidelines, processes, and project workflows.
• Develop standardized project delivery procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide operational support to the Head of Events and event teams.
• Implement and maintain tools for project tracking, documentation, and coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management or operations.
• Proven background in working with event teams or marketing departments.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• English level: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Confluence).

Nice to have

• Experience with operational improvement or project office functions.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and AI implementation for workflow optimization.
• Experience in fast-growing or international corporate environments.
